Clickonce install problem

Hi, and help me please :-(

Iwant to create a ClickOnce install and I get the error:

Erreur 2 MSB3482 : Une erreur s'est produite lors de la signature :
Impossible de signer bin\Release\app.publish\\setup.exe. SignTool
Error: Signtool requires CAPICOM version 2.1.0.1 or higher. Please
copy the latest version of CAPICOM.dll into the directory that
contains
SignTool.exe. If CAPICOM.dll exists, you may not have proper
permissions to install CAPICOM. Cube manager


I haven't SignTool.exe on py pc.

Where can I find it and install it ?
