clean up broken links in themes?

My site works fine but it is full of broken links in themes,
leftlinkbars.css

and borders as seen in Reports-Hyperlinks.

How do I clean this mess up?

leftlinkbars.css is not a themes related CSS file

Try View Hyperlinks to see what is broken and correct it by editing the page (or css file)
