cisco vpn ???

I am running Windows XP that has an Internet connection via a cable modem. I
am sharing this connect with a second PC running Windows ME and connected
via a home network. This has been working fine for over a year.

I have just attempted to install CISCO VPN software provide by a local
University to

allow me to connect to their network. During a installation I got a message
"no Windows

Logo testing" and choose the abort installation option.

The Internet connection still works fine on the XP system but the ME will
load some pages but will not load far more. Example I can do a Google search
with no problems.

However if a click on almost any of the page found by the search, they will
not load.

I can load www.cnn.com but I can not load pages found there.

Since I never installed the CISCO VPN software I cannot uninstall it. Any
suggestions?

I don't have a suggestion to fix your partial connection problem. However,
when installing the Cisco VPN Client, you should click on the "Continue"
button when prompted about the driver signing.
