Check 1394 Firewire Speed

Is there any way to find out what speed a 1394 Firewire connection is
running? I havve a MOTU Audio Interface that is not working correctly and I
suspect it is because my 1394 PCMCIA card is running at S100, not S400.

I appreciate the suggestion but this looks like Internet speed. I need to
check 1394 (Firewire) to a local peripheral device (MOTU Audio Interface)...

Thanks for the suggestion but this appears to be for internet connections.

BTW. I got my device to work by back-reving the driver to SP1 and updating
the BIOS...
