Changing View

in outlook 2003 my contacts have 4 folders.
All populated.

When I open a new message and click on the "To:" button.
I still have some old contact sub folders and the actual
contact folder is empty and only some of my other contact
sub folders are populated.

Why is the view different between the real Contacts and
the "contacts" when I click on the "to:" field when
sending a new message.

Is there a logical answer to this question? Does this
make sense?

The Outlook Address Book is what you see when you click the To button to
address a message. It's just another view of your Contacts folder(s). You
can go to Tools | E-mail Accounts, select View or change existing
directories or address books, click Next, select Outlook Address Book, click
Change, and see which folders appear there. If any of the Contacts folders
you want to see aren't listed, follow the instructions at the top of the
dialog box to add those folders. You should restart Outlook after making
these changes.
