changing upper case to lower case

is there a way to change a document which is all in upper
case, to being upper and lower case, without re-typing the
whole thing? thanks in advance for all help offered.

Open the document, press Ctrl+A to select all of the text, click on
Format | Change Case | <select case> | OK. Sentence case capitalizes
the first letter of a sentence. Title case capitalizes the first letter
of each word. Upper and lower case are self-explanatory. You might
have to manually fix a few words if you change to sentence or title case.
