Changing the default image browser to MS Fax

Hi,
I'm running the Win XP Home edition.
Recently, the default photo browser has been changed (I
don't know how) to MS Photo Editor. I prefer to change
back to the XP default browser which is simple &
excellent (MS Image & Fax Browser). Does anybody have an
automatic way to do it ? (script etc.).
I'll appreciate any help !

Right click on one of your photo file.
Click on Open with on the opening menu.
Click on Choose program on the opening menu.
Click on MS Picture and Fax viewer on the opening menu.
Check the box "Always open...."

But when I'm clicking "Choose Program" the "MS Picture
and Fax Viewer" is not on the list ...
How can I return it to the list of program ?
Does anybody know what is the EXE file name of it ?
