Changing paper size

I am trying to do a report for pre-printed template paper which is paper on
a dot matrix printer. The paper is in duplicate to allow for multiple
copies.

The paper length is 21.6cm as opposed to 21cm for A4 landscape length.
I have some data I want to print in the page footer of the report but I
can't seem to get it printing at the bottom.
The paper type in the report is set to A4 landscape. The bottom margin is
set to 4.14cm and it wont let me make this any smaller.
If I could make it zero then it would probably solve my problem.

Can anyone tell me either how to permanently set the bottom margin to zero
OR how to set the paper size to 21.6cm OR another solution to my problem?

Any help greatly appreciated

John:

A custom paper size can be set up in Windows to get to the 21.6 cm, by
opening the Printers folder in Windows 2000/XP/Vista and from the file menu
choosing the Server properties option. On the Forms tab, create a new form
and name it say "A4 extended" and enter your desired dimensions.

Note however, that your printer driver determines the minimum margins based
on its characteristics and print region requirements. So you can't likely
get the margin below 4.14 cm. Too, it may not support the extended 21.6 cm
paper size fully, but you should give that a try.
