Changing page size in Publisher

I have an A3 poster that I want to change into A2 format. However, when I do this, the sizes of the individual elements of the poster remain the same, and I have to manually resize and realign everything. Is there a way to "convert" an A3 document to A2 format with the proportions remaining the same?
