Changing Location of Spool files

Jeff

I have a Windows 2000 Server. It is sharing some printers on our network.
The users are creating HUGE print job on the printers. Is their anyway I
can change where the servers creates the spool file? I would like to change
the location from c:\winnt\system32\spool\printer to D:\spool\printer.

I don't have 2000 in front of me but the settings are just about the same
as XP as I recall. Go into the printers folder and choose "server
properties" from the file menu. Click on the advanced tab and there will be
an option in there to move the spool files.
