Hi,

You can install English language support (control panel/regional and
language options/languages tab/details), but the base OS language will be in
Korean. The only way to change that is to format and do a clean installation
of an English version of WinXP.

No. You would need to buy the English version of WinXP and
do a clean (destructive) install of WinXP English. You
cannot upgrade from one language to another.

Hope this helps!

If you are talking about the Language Packs, it's only available to
corporations and is not for sale in retail stores.

That's weird. Because, for my computer in Japan, I easily got one for my
Japanese XP. And that was just at your local miwa store.
