Good question. I haven't found the File Types tab of the Folders Options
properties sheet yet either. I hope it's not going to be reg edits ..

Hi James,

No, unfortunately, I don't think this functionality exists in Vista, nor is
there a user interface to add new verbs with new commands, or make a verb the
default, or rename the type, etc., short of editing the registry directly.
We're back to Windows 3.1, without 3.1's simple registry.

if you whant just change what program open that or that file type you can go
to ->

control panel/ default programs / "Associate a file type or protocol with a
program"
http://img135.imageshack.us/my.php?image=capture1lq1.jpg

but there you can only choose program and that ALL !! (DAMN !) you can't
change the icon file type or change verb or command !!!

WTF !!!!
