CHANGING FROM UPPER TO LOWERCASE IN WORKS WORD V.9

In previous versions of Word I could change sections that were all uppercase
into lowercase (or vice versa) simply by going up to Format/Font

I now have version 9 and there is nothing under Format that would help me to
change case nor does pushing Shift/F3 work.

Is there some secret I haven't been able to uncover?
