Changing fonts

I send out a weekly email to groups in my contact list for my business. When
my office mates receive the email, the font changes from Arial 10 to New
Times, and the result is that we can barely read the email. I have checked
the settings and defaults repeatedly, and I have no idea why this happens.
Help!

You may have tried this already…

Click on Tools, Options and select the Mail Format tab. In the middle of the
window, you’ll see Stationery and Fonts. Click on the Fonts button and look
at the choices under Stationery fonts. There are three options there – the
last one being “Always use my fontsâ€. I hope this helps, but there may be
something else going on there. Good Luck!

Hi Carole,

In my Options, stationery and fonts are in the "compose" section, and I can
check "apply", but there is no "always use my fonts". The font style and size
have not changed. When I send the email, the words appear in my selected size
and style. It is as if something happens to the words in transit! Any other
ideas?
