Changing Font on Windows Mail

How do I change the default font on Windows Mail? Also, how do I change the
font on the Signature?
Thanks

That was really helpful but I'm still having a hard time figuring out how to
change the Signiture. It seemed too difficult with the previous directions.
Is that my only option?

I know of two ways, but neither is without drawbacks since
it results in system-wide changes.

1. Change the default DPI (dots per inch): Right-click on the desktop,
Personalize, Adjust font size (DPI), Custom DPI; if you want to go larger,
I recommend not exceeding 110 DPI.

2. Change the icon font: Right-click on the desktop, Personalize,
Windows Color and Appearance, "Open classic appearance properties...",
Advanced; under Item, select Icon, choose font and size.

I have the same problems, and there are several discussion threads here
about it. A quick fix workaround is to create a signature file (I used
Word2007) and on the top line change the font to the compose font you want
then save it. Now when you write an email, click on the 2nd line of the new
mail compose form and it will change the font for you..

Signature font is changed on the same signature file, your Signature and
compose fonts can be different - works for me!
