Changing Contact Information Within Outlook

Does anyone know if it is possible to simultaneously change the
information within a particular field on multiple contacts. For
instance, could I change email addresses ending in (e-mail address removed) to
(e-mail address removed). Any assistance is appreciated.

Thanks for the help. I tried the second option listed - export to a
comma-delineated file, global find and replace, and then re-import into
Outlook. That seems to have worked, except the notes field within the
contact doesn't export (and consequently re-import). Are you aware of
any way to capture the notes field also? Thanks.
