Changing color for link bar

I have choosen a link bar called 'bars' for my website. It is the perfect
size and style, I just want to change the color from blue to black. How do I
do this?

I am not using shared borders or a theme, just a customized table template.

You'd have to try editing the theme that "bars" is in, save it as a new theme, then choose that style when you create the link bar.

The text only nav bars (like the one named bars) use your hyperlink properties for the link colors
Right click on each page an select Page Properties Formatting Colors (Hyperlinks)
