change xp Browse with function

My XP (home edition) "browse with" function (part of the
pop-up menu after a right click on a file or folder) uses
paint shop pro. How is this changed to use a different
program?

Thanks for the reply - too bad this can't be change. I am
not sure of the value of this feature. But I'm new to
XP...
