Change Picture Folder Problem

When changing the picture folder from the default C:\Users\xxxx\Pictures I
accidentally set the pictures folder to E:

I have tried changing the My Pictures registry setting at the following
location but no affect

HLCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders

How can I restore / Fix this?

Right-click the Pictures icon in the Start menu, and choose Properties. Select the "Location" tab. Click "Restore default"
