Change Outlook 2007 Desktop Icon

How can I change the desktop icon for Outlook 2007? I did it for 2003 but
can't rember how I did it. Obviously right click/properties is not the way to
go. I'm running XP.

Which icon where? If you created a shortcut you can choose right click->
Properties-> Change Icon... just like any other shortcut.

The Outlook 2007 icon on the desk top. The "change icon" is blanked out.

Roady [MVP]

An installation of Outlook 2007 will not leave an icon on the Desktop unless
you created it yourself. You might want to recreate it. Browse to the
outlook.exe location right click it and choose Send To-> Desktop

Thanks just solved it the way you suggested.....Now...back to the problem of
recreating text macros in Outlook!!!!
