Change order of programs in start menu

Is it possible to change the order of the programs in the start menu as is
was with XP?
An example is when I click on the start orb > All Programs > Microsoft
Office >
The programs within that are, as anyother folder, alphabetical. I want to
rearrange the order they are listed.

Right click the Start Orb>Properties>Start Menu>Customize. Uncheck"Sort all
programs menu by name".
