Change Hourglass Icon

Have some neat animated icons saved, and want to change in particular the
Hourglass icon. Can't seem to locate it in Windows XP. Anyone know where it
is located and/or any tricks on changing it??

Hi Tim

If you have saved them in the Windows\Cursors folder try going to Control
Panel>Mouse>Pointers.
