Change highlighter color

Is it possible to change the color of the highlighter seen in slide show
view? If so, how is it done? I have puzzled and puzzled and can not seem to
fgure it out.

After choosing the highlighter from the Pop Up menu (on the left of the
screen), go back to that menu and choose a different ink color. To choose
these options, don't just click on the little faded-out pen, hold the mouse
down on the faded-out pen until a menu pops up.

What version of ppt? + do you mean jump temporarily change the color OR
change the default color?
