change email editor & HTLM editor

My mail editor is microsoft outlook , would like to change
it for outlook express how do I do it the other option is
Netcape in the internet connection and I don't want to
use it either also the HTLM editor is Netscape, would
like to set Explorer instead but same thing not option
beside Netscape or NotePad....in the internet options,
what shall I do?
It's really bugging me... Thanks for helping.

Actually, what you mean is, your default mail *client* is Outlook.

Is Outlook Express installed, and can you run it?

Yes outlook ixpress is installed and works well but if I
want to send a email from a web site MO is taking over,
also when I send a web page Nestcape mail is sending it
and I would like to send it with OE ,in Internet Options
the only options is "Note Pad"!!!!!!!!!! what to do to
change I am not using Netscape at all anymore.
