change default account on answer

I have several e-mail accounts. When I answer e-mail, outlook always choose the same account. How to change this account to another? Or how to do that outlook self chooses same account as in letter that I've try to answer?

Outlook replies using the same account message was received. Use the
accounts button the drop-down list to choose another if you wish.
