How do I change the default return address?

I have three accounts set up in Outlook, and when I start a new message from
one of the accounts, Outlook always defaults the return address to the
Outlook default address. This is really annoying because sometimes I forget
to switch it and end up sending the e-mail from the wrong account. Any ideas?

how are you starting the messages from one of the accts? Outlook will
always default to the default address and you need to choose a different
account from the accts button.
