Change colour of grid lines in outlook 2003

In Outlook XP/2002 you could change the colour of grind lines, using the
other settings tab. This option does not seam to be available in Outlook 2003

Indeed, the line is dictated by the Windows Theme you are using.You can only
change the line style.
