Change Admin Password

Can the Admin password be changed as easilyas any other user?

Are there gotcha's to look out for if I change the Admin password. Using
Server 2003, SP2 in AD domain with 5 sites, a singledomain, serveral DC's.

Any user account can have its password changed, and for any
of them the potential issues are the same, namely what might
be programmed somewhere to use the account that needs to
know of the correct, new password. These usually come down
to the main areas of: scheduled tasks started as the account,
services defined to run in the account, and sometimes mapped
drives that are defined to be persistent.

You have to figure out if this account is used for services or scripts running
in the background. Then you have also there to change the password.
