CD-RW problem

I had properly working Windows XP SP1 with one CD-ROM drive. Then I installed
second CD-RW/DVD-ROM drive (model GCC-4482B). I can see Recording tab in its
Properties. Recording on this drive is enabled. Nevertherless internal
Windows utility can not write on CD-RW after reboot PC until I manually
disable/enable recording on it.
