CD Network bootdisk

hello all, i have a problem that i can not figure out. i am currently in the
process of creating a CD network bootdisk from a floppy network boot disk.
everything works fine (boots, connects to network and reimages client
machines) but during this process it pops up an error saying "General Error
writing to drive A:" or something along those lines (A: is my CDROM) . This
error pops up 8 times during the entire process and i have to say "Fail" 8
times. It still does what i want it to but it is annoying. After doing some
investigating into this i found out that it is trying to write something to
the CD right after it loads TCPTSR.EXE. I know this because i watch it load
TCPTSR.EXE then it says "Initializing TCP/IP via DHCP..." then gives 2
writing errors, then continues to load TINYRFC.EXE. I found a file called
DHCP.PRM that is changing everytime i use this boot disk. I think this is the
cuase of one of the errors. Does anyone know how i can get around this issue?
how to stop those 8 things from trying to write to the cdrom and maybe force
then to write to my RAMDRIVE i have setup?
