CD Jewel Case Inserts

I purchased Jewel case inserts at Staples. The
instructions say I can print for WindowsXP on the Label
Creator Pro software built into Window XP via the Quick
Res Utility on Windows. I can't seem to find it
anywhere. Does anyone know how to activate this?

There is a Label Creator application in Plus! and Plus! DME..... I don't
know about Nero, but there is certainly one also built in to Roxio. There
is no Label Creator application built into XP, whether Home or Pro.
