CD Jewel Case Template

I'd like to replace the photo on the CD Jewel Case Template from one in my
file. How do I do that so it fits in the correct place? (I can't seem to
drag the photo.)

Insert your photo, right-click on it, and left-click on Format Picture |
Layout | Behind Text (or any other option except "inline with text") |
OK. Then drag it to the desired position.
