CD Autorun Bug

I've recently noticed that when I put in a CD with an autorun app, it
never runs the program like it should. I have Windows set to "Install of
Run Program" by default. The drive light turns on and the disc spins,
but nothing happens. I can still hear the spin sound for a while after
the light goes off. If I right-click the disc in Explorer, its default
option is "Explore", with no Autoplay or "Install or Run Program"
option. If I double-click the disc, it opens it in Explorer. I can run
the program (Setup.exe) from the disc, but it's annoying that it stopped
working all of the sudden. This has happened, so far, with Fallout 3 and
Morrowind.

Now I can't run Morrowind at all. I'm going to try making/mounting an
Iso and see if that helps. I tried running the game's exe, but it just
does nothing and never even accesses my CD drive, though there is a
process for Morrowind in the Task Manager. I can run the Autorun's
program with the same results, but I guess it must be specific to
Morrowind, then.

Fallout 3 runs from the shortcut (on my computer), but does no Autorun.
