caps lock

My desk is set up so that my CAPS LOCK light is not visible to me. Is there
a way that a CAPS LOCK indicator could be created so that I can see it on my
monitor.

I believe it may be one of the status bar items you can select in Word 2007.
It has not appeared in any previous Word version since about Word 2.0 and
cannot be added.

Thank you, Suzanne, I hadn't spotted that.

Excel has always had it - I guess the new improved (and I do mean that)
Status Bar is more consistent across applications.
