capatabilty

I have an intel pent III processor 596 mhz 384 of ram. I am running a 4g hard
drive,old and used. I found a 120g hard drive for a god price. How do I know
if it is compatable. Nw hard drive says ATA/133 . My system came with a 20g
hard drive wth ultra ATA/66. I am currently not using the ultra 66 psi card,
Im going stright to the mother board. (my os is xp home edition}. Wil this
computer built in 2000 even recognize this new had drive?
