Can't Validate Signature

I just downloaded the anti spyware, and at the end of
downloading it said it could not verify the signature.
Does this mean the software was not loaded? What do I do
next?

Please download again. Save the download to your desktop--do not choose Run
on the download dialog.

Once it is downloaded, double click on it to install.
