Heed the warnings about its misuse. Use it to only uninstall/clean-up the
Outlook registry files.

| Since the OP is using Outlook 2007, that might not be a good idea. I
| thought the WIndows Installer Cleanup Utility was for Office 2003 and
| earlier. Perhaps this would be a better reference:
