Cant send reply or forward email in outlook 2000

hi there,

i am able to send a new email but i cant send reply or a forward email. i
get an error message stating.. SMPT server repsonded with error (Account
-Chris SMPT server..... ox800ccc60)

i have already tried shutting down and rebooting the computer but it still
does it, it started last night. only 20 minutes after i sent one email on a
reply and so i know there wasnt any change in configurations.

Any advice on this,
