Cant send phjoto's or send as

Having problems sending photo's from within a photo editing program, How do
I do this? also same problems if I try to send from send as ( ie link or
page etc.)

Do you have an email program set up to send/receive email?
How do you send email?

Some photo editing programs require the mail client to be full MAPI
compliant and OE / WinMail is only simple MAPI compliant (never mind what it
means), so they won't work to send from and you'll have to insert or attach
the picture to a message manually.
