Can't Send Messages

Every time I try to send a message I get the following error message:

Subject ' My Fight Advances', Account: 'mail.comcast.net', Server:
'smtp.comcast.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '552 5.2.3 DATA size
exceeds maximum permitted', Port: 587, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 552,
Error Number: 0x800CCC6D

Is there someone out there who can tell me how to fix this?
