can't send mail

Hi
I can't send mail and it's now sitting in my outbox. I get that my out going
mail server is wrong or something like that. I don't know the server I that
is required to send and receive mail on gmail so the filling of the servers
is wrong. Please help.

Note that these instructions cover both the IMAP method of connecting
and the POP method. Choose one of these, and don't get them mixed
up.
