can't send email

why can't I send email from my gmail to "(e-mail address removed)" a
message comes up " a website wants to open web content using this programme
on your computer"
-- Name: Windows Mail
Publisher: Microsoft Windows
Then I click ALLOW, I write my email, and try to send it, it then asks for
my name, then my email address, then it says to set up email servers, why
can't I just send email as I normally do to say: (e-mail address removed) or
(e-mail address removed) I've never had any problem sending mail, never had to set
anything

It sounds like you are clicking on something on a web page when
you get that warning. What are you clicking on?
To send an email via Gmail webmail, go to http://gmail.com in
your browser.
