cannot figure out server info to set up email account. Receive following
error:
The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'test',
Account: 'pop3.live.com', Server: 'smtp.live.com', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 5.7.3 Requested action aborted; user not authenticated', Port:
25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC78

I'm REALLY annoyed that something that should take a few minutes has taken
almost 2 hours so far.

Compare your configuration settings to those listed on this page:
http://liveunplugged.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns!F92775FC46A390CA!422.entry

TIP: Outgoing mail server | My server requires authentication <=check/enable
this

TIP: Outgoing (SMTP) server port will need to be 587, not 25, for most
users.

TIP: Disable email scanning by your anti-virus application. It provides no
additional protection and it may be causing your problem.
