Can't send e-mail

I have recently changed internet providers form Juno to Road Runner. Since
the change I am trying to use windows mail which recieves mail but will not
send. I am running Windows Vista with McAfee. When sending McAfee pops a
warning saying: "One or more e-mail messages cannot be sent.

After you verify the format of your recipient addresses, McAfee recommends
that you resend those messages from your e-mail program." What can I do to
correct this error??

McAfee is anathema to Windows Mail. The two just don't get
along. Uninstall McAfee, then try Windows Mail again.

After uninstalling your non-compatible antivirus, at your
convenience download and install a more compatible antivirus
like the free Avast:

Even compatible antivirus programs will need to have their

If you are trying to send through an old Juno account that probably will not
work. Send using your Road Runner email account.
