can't see included header

I can't see my included header when it is published.
I'm getting this error: Couldn't open file C:\Documents and Settings\Lisa
Armstrong\Local Settings\Temporary Internet
Files\FrontPageTempDir\7ebdc021.htm.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Here is one of the pages that the
header won't show up

header.htm is missing the </body> tag (immediately before the </html>
With this missing, it will never be included in any pages.

Your header include page at http://www.justapleasure.com/header.htm
is missing a </body> tag at the end between

</table>
</html>

Should be

</table>
</body>
</html>
