cant see apply button

When I go to tools and click on sercurity .go to options, fill out the clicks
I want ,the apply button or any at the bottom is not wher I can see them. How
do I get the page up high enough to click on it.

Put the curser to the top of the window, left click, hold down and then drag
it up.

The page is all the way at the top,want go up or down.plus there is no two
headed arrow.

Top right hand side of the screen there are three icons, press the middle one
and that should solve the problem. (the one between the + & -)

If you go to the page in options and click on secerity, you will see there is
no x or - to make the page smaller or larger. sure hope you can help. thanks
for the trouble.

Sounds like you are using too low a screen resolution setting.
Right-click on the desktop, select Personalize, Display Settings.
It should say something like 1200 by 800 pixels. Does it?

Yea, you are right sorry about that. What Gary says makes sense, try that.
However if you hover the curser around the top of the screen you should get
the two headed arrow.
