Can't remove or install personal folders backup tool

I'm trying to reinstall PFBACKUP.EXE and it says that it is already installed
(which it was before I removed and re-installed OFC 2003). It will not
uninstall with the dialog box that follows the above message and it is not
listed in Add/Remove Programs. I need this tool!!

Hi,
you have following issues to resolve your Problem
Look under C:\Programms if the Program listed there
Or you could take a look in your Outlook under Add ins, if this add in is
activated!
So if it is not listet there, try the Programm Reg Cleaner!
Maybe there are some entries in the Registry you have to delete before you
can install it once again!
