can't receive mail

I have 2 email addreses on my outlook express and now my second one keeps
asking me for me username and password over and over again until I cancel and
get the following message:

"Account: 'pop.midco.net.', Server: 'pop.midco.net', Protocol: POP3, Server
Response: '-ERR account disabled', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error:
0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC92"

I have checked the accounts tab and the properties and I am typing the
correct username and password so why won't it accept it?

The error message says it all. Your ISP has disabled your account. To
find out why, email/phone them and ask.
