Can't read email on Outlook Mobile on WM5. How to reinstall?

I used i-mate Jamin PDA phone for a few weeks to read corporate email
for my exchange account on Outlook Mobile on WM5. It works fine until
one day it suddenly stops working. I can still receive emails and can
see the title and the sender on the list view. When I clicked on the
email and tried to see the detailed email, it gives me a blank screen.
I can still hit "reply" and other menu options. It's just that the
window to display the email is blank and i can't see anything.
The same problem happens to text messages.

Have anyone seen this problem? How can I reinstall Outlook Mobile?

It might be due to the compatibility with Mobem Chinese system and
dictionary. The day outlook stops working is the day the software
trial version expired.

My carrier is T-mobile.

Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Try a soft reset (which is like a PC re-boot).
If that doesn't work, then a "re-install" is performed with a hard reset
(which is like a PC re-build of the system). The hard reset will wipe all
your programs and data from the device, so record what you have and how to
re-install it first!
