Can't print Word document

Hi All

I have a group of MS Word documents, which are merged from a bunch of predefined Word templates. But I can’t print them from any local or network printers – no matter what kind of printer. When I print, only the first page gets printed. Then I get a blank page with error messages on it

From a HP LaserJet printer, the error message reads
ERROR: undefinedfilenam
OFFENDING COMMAND: ru
STACK
(/var/db/forms/MicrosoftWord-mpenglish.p0001.p

From another printer, the error message reads
ERROR: ps2afpd: The input file contains PostScript commands which resulted in a error. The PostScript error was: %%[ Error: undefinedfilename; OffendingCommand: run ]%%

Looks like some thing wrong with our file name, or postscript or command ‘run’

Our file names are always in following format
30249870 5249324 881997 NI 1.Do

Does anyone know what cause this problem? I would very much appreciate your help

Thank you

Jud

As a guess... the template that produces the first or second page
contains a PRINT field code that contains PostScript code. The
PostScript code contains a reference to the file /var/db etc, and that
file does not exist on your system.
